There are very famous scenic spots worth sightseeing in Suxian area, such as Peach Blossom House, White Deer Carve, Three Wonder Inscription, Star Temple, Immortal Stone, 8 Word Inscription, Mother Expecting Pine, Chenxiang Stone, Suxian Temple. Peach Blossom House is at the foot of the west side of Suxian Mountain, which the starting point of the mountain. In the shadow made by a circle of green trees and bamboos, the Peach Blossom House faces the Jade Stream and leans against Suxian Mountain, and its classical style of architecture and elegant environment form an atmosphere of peaceful and quiet paradise.
Above the White Deer Carve exists a cliff where stands a stele protection pavilion on whose inner wall caves the very famous Three Wonder Inscription. In the fourth year of Shaosheng, North Song Dynasty (1097 A.D.), the famous poet Qian Guan, also called Qin Shaoyou was demoted to Chenzhou, he wrote down these words to relieve his anger, and three years later, he died of anger, so it became one of his magnum opus. Then Sushi (Su Dongpo, a famous poet in North Song Dynasty) wrote down several big words on the cliff in a very sad mood to honor Qin Shaoyou. Later, Mifu, a very famous calligrapher in North Song Dynasty, wrote down Qinci here. Then later generations carved the three works on the stele. So the Three Wonder Inscription is very valuable in art and appreciated by many people.
